The Space Management Office is affiliated to the Logistics Support Department in Shenzhen University. Tailored to cater to the evolving requirements of the institution, its responsibilities encompass faculty and staff housing management, public building oversight, and administration of both the Haibin living community and the Shenzhen University new village living community.

2. Core Responsibilities and Functions of the Space Management Office

① Property Sourcing:

• Identify and list properties to cater to the housing needs of the faculty and staff.

② Turnover Accommodation Management:

• Oversee the arrangement, maintenance, and monitoring of the turnover accommodations for faculty and staff.

③ Government Liaison and Administration:

• Engage in active communication with pertinent government agencies, facilitating applications, reviews, and reports concerning housing provisions and housing reform subsidies for faculty and staff.

④ Public Building Informatics:

• Lead the digitalization of office, teaching, research, and experimental spaces in public buildings throughout the university, provide strategic insights for effective housing allocation.

⑤ Property Management:

• Manage properties in the Haibin living community and oversee the operation of Shenzhen University new village living community.
