Proper posture and form reduce the risk of injury and maximize the effectiveness of your fitness routine, preventing issues such as muscle strains.
l Avoid overtraining during your workouts.
Overtraining can lead to fatigue, muscle soreness, and negative health effects. It is recommended to keep your workout sessions under 90 minutes, with sufficient rest and relaxation during the workout.
